Profesionales Consultores Asociados was founded in Guatemala more than 38 years ago by engineer Ricardo Alvarado (Director of the company) and professionals from different disciplines.
We started with a group of professional graduates of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and Psychology, working as a team to provide professional services to companies in Guatemala, Central America and Panama; currently we are a family of 30 people between professionals and support staff.
We started offering consulting services to companies in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing and Economics; however, the market oriented us more toward the areas of Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Productivity, Total Quality, Reengineering, Strategy Planning and Models of High Performance.
The relationship of trust existing between PCA and our customers is one of our greatest strengths that let us respond immediately to their needs. We always add value to the customers' requirements by providing them the best service, on time and with courtesy.

Our mission at PCA is to contribute to our country (Guatemala) by improving the quality of services in general and to help companies and individuals to become more professional in the area of Human Resources and into a model of High Performance that is summarized in the "Diamante de la Excelencia Organizacional [The Diamond of Organizational Excellence]".
